The following menus are based on two entrée selections and two accompaniments for the entire group if over 60 attendees. (One entrée and accompaniment if under 60 guests.) These are plated and served and some can be set buffet style at no additional cost. Entrée selections include tossed greens, mixed with carrots, tomatoes, and cucumbers with house dressing for served events. For served buffets there is a choice of two dressings. One accompaniment for each entrée selected; i.e. red roasted potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, chef’s special rice or pasta; fresh seasonal vegetables and warm rolls with butter. Vegetarian options and upgraded menus are available upon prior request.

All packages include elegant plastic ware, paper napkins, and applicable sales tax. Linen and/or any other equipment, i.e. tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, theme décor or other table skirting, are available upon request, for an additional cost.
Snow Valley Mountain Resort provides existing tables and chairs that are included in site fee. Pricing and/or menu selections are subject to change.
