Since opening in the summer of 2002 Blondie’s has become famous for our "Blondie of the Day".
Made like a brownie, only Blonde, our Chefs come up with a flavored mousse of the day which is to be sandwiched between two Blondie bars topped with whipped cream and the sauce of the day.
